Bio:

Broker Associate and Business Coach, and team leader of the Haley Garcia Group, she believes in setting herself apart. She recognizes the important role that local knowledge and strong relationships play in operating a service-based business.

Ranked repeatedly as a top producing agent since the beginning of her career in 2001, she has continually been recognized for her hard work receiving accolades and awards such as:

Additionally she has been featured as a guest, sharing her expert advice on The Woodlands, on multiple radio shows in the Houston area as well as “HGTV’s House Hunters”. Haley excels at anticipating and accommodating her client’s needs, while at the same time driving the transaction seamlessly and delivering excellent results. She is not only experienced in the luxury market, but in a wide spectrum of properties, serving empty-nesters and first time buyers, and helping hundreds of families relocate from overseas, state to state and within the city.

In addition to her many individual career achievements as an Agent and a Broker, Haley opened and built her own brokerage firm and assisted in developing careers for the agents who joined her before successfully merging the firm, its agents and its resources with Heritage Texas Properties at the end of 2012. While well known for her many business achievements, spending quality time with her family and dogs is a major priority for Haley. She also enjoys giving time and support to charitable activities and organizations like In The Pink Of Health, The Women of The Woodlands, and New Danville Community, as well as numerous others in her community of The Woodlands.

Bio:

She expertly takes on the team role of Director of Operations. Mandi oversees day to day aspects of the busy real estate business. She also manages Team Leader, Haley Garcia’s, CORE coaching students. Originally from Oklahoma, Mandi considers herself a naturalized Texan, having lived here for the majority of her life. When she is not balancing her impressive real estate responsibilities, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons, all between the ages of 10 and 14.

You can frequently find Mandi attending her athletic sons’ sporting events, pushing herself in spin and body pump classes, and spending time with her three dogs. Mandi Gerner is an integral part to our dynamic team of professionals.

Lori Carr

Bio:

A native third-generation Houstonian, Lori Carr grew up on a small farm in Cypress, learning the importance of hard work, determination and building relationships. She takes pride in being a Texan and her #1 priority is to build those loyal relationships with her clients that will last a lifetime. She understands the importance of doing things right the first time and has a strong work ethic. After being a leader in the Corporate Banking world for 7 years, Lori started her journey in Real Estate. She brought with her a reputation of integrity, communication skills, organized nature and attention to detail. While in banking, she gained knowledge from working on loans such as home improvement loans, lines of credit, and mortgages that has tremendously helped her in the real estate industry.

As a full time agent, she has successfully worked on listings as well as helping buyers and sellers meet their ultimate needs. She has built an outstanding network stemming from her excellent customer service and through the ongoing commitment to volunteering and community work. She has been told that she never meets a stranger. Lori feels that the key ingredients to being a Realtor are to be informed, keep up with the current market trends, and to know your area better than the competition.

Darren Morris

Darren Morris

Bio:

A Realtor since 2011 and a 5star Realtor in 2015 and 2016, former airline pilot Darren Morris learned well in his 16 years at 30,000 feet to work hard, show up on time, and do what he will do. Level-headed, goal-oriented, and optimistic, Darren listens to clients’ and wants in order to help them accurately determine the value of a residential and investment property and make sound, informed decisions on just the right long-term investment.

A desire to work closer with people led to Darren to ground his aerial career. “I am a people person and thrive in being part of other lives” he says. Since then, he’s learned some key lessons in his second career, equally if not as literally high-flying: “Most Realtors don’t make it because they don’t follow specific plan” he says. “I have been fortunate enough to have been led in the right direction”.

Darren spends his spare time snowboarding, flying, attending real estate seminars and trainings, and working with the Star of Hope and the American Diabetes Association.
